Hypnosis with Ana Maria can provide you with the perfect solution, using what I genuinely believe to be some of the quickest and most effective modalities known “hypnosis”.

Ana Maria Benavides is a noted hypnotherapist, and founder of the Hypnosis Health Center in New York City. She graduated Cum Laude honors from Hunter College, with a Masters Degree in Psychology. Ana Maria trained extensively with Jeff Cohen at The New York Hypnosis Center where work included practical, clinical and observational experience. Additionally, Ana has trained in Past Life Regression with Dr. Brian Weiss, author of “Many Lives Many Masters”, and many others. Benavides is a member of a number of professional organizations, including IACT (International Association of Counselors and Therapists). She has earned her NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) certification at the Institute for Advanced Neuro-Research and Education in New York City, where she studied with Dr. George Bien, as well as a member of Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, N.Y.

Hypnosis Health Center has the intention of help, inform and re-educate people about hypnosis. We certified people through the IACT. Basic Course of Hypnosis and Past Live Regressions are all year, as well as free classes of self-hypnosis for children.
